ORGANIZATION

Our client is an international company, active in the industrial sector.

YOUR ROLE

You provide advisory on applicable Terms and Conditions and interpret Global Mobility policies.
You guide internal stakeholders on risks and tax implications of global mobility, ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
You prepare and review salary build-up calculations for international mobile employees.
You draft and review contracts for international mobile employees, advising on local adjustments when needed.
You deliver training to internal stakeholders on global mobility-related topics.
You actively participate in projects and initiatives related to global mobility and cross-border employment structures.

YOUR PROFILE

Experience in global mobility, including tax considerations, is a strong advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to handle both administrative and advisory aspects of global mobility.
Quickly adaptable, hands-on, and able to work independently.
Proactive mindset—actively looking for improvements and taking on projects when possible.
Fluent in English.
