Freelance HR Business Partner (ref: 25002)

You will be at the heart of driving HR initiatives and providing guidance to both management and employees.

In this role, you will:

Provide daily HR support and advice to line managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters.
Facilitate key talent management processes, such as performance management, development plans, and succession planning.
Strengthen employee relationships and foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and productivity.
Enhance team dynamics and contribute to improving overall organizational performance.
Lead and participate in HR projects designed to drive organizational growth and improvement.

You have experience as an HR Business Partner.
You are hands-on and proactive, with strong organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
You are solution-oriented, with a practical and effective approach.
You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French.
