ORGANIZATION

Our client is active in the healthcare sector.

YOUR ROLE

As HR Business Partner, you are the main HR contact for employees and managers, supporting both blue- and white-collar staff. You will take primary responsibility for payroll, while also managing recruitment, talent development and HR projects. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in close collaboration with external providers and internal stakeholders

  • Managing all related personnel administration: contracts, benefits registration, time tracking, audits and reporting

  • Acting as HR contact for compliance questions and advice

  • Managing recruitment processes together with hiring managers, from intake to job offer

  • Coordinating local learning & development and talent initiatives

  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary matters

  • Supporting HR projects, process improvements and digitalization initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong expertise in payroll and Belgian labour law

  • Proven experience in HR operations

  • Well-organized with an eye for detail

  • Advisory skills and customer-centric mindset

  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week

  • Location: South of Brussels / remote
