Freelance HR Consultant (ref: 26020)

Our client is active in healthcare in the Brussels region.

YOUR ROLE

As a Freelance HR Consultant, you are responsible for managing all aspects of reintegration and possible career adjustments, ensuring that our client's employees can successfully return to work.

You will be the central point of contact for employees returning to work after a long absence and will work closely with people leaders, occupational health services, trade unions and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and following up on reintegration and possible career adjustments 

• Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process

• Ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements

• Guiding people leaders and employees during and after the return-to-work phase

• Identifying opportunities to improve the reintegration process 

• Preparing reports and managing related documentation

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or equivalent experience

• Experience in managing reintegration is highly desirable

• A thorough understanding of the Belgian legislation related to reintegration

• Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is a strong asset

• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of empathy and discretion

• Able to work autonomously and manage confidential matters with discretion

• Continuous improvement mindset

• Fluent both in French and Dutch

PRACTICAL

• Contract: Freelance

• Workload: 2-3 days per week

• Location: Brussels region
