YOUR ROLE
You act as a key partner to the leadership team, contributing to people strategy and organisational development.
You design and implement a clear performance management framework and coach managers in setting meaningful goals and KPIs.
You help managers address people challenges constructively and use insights from day-to-day practice to support leadership in making sound talent decisions.
You promote a healthy, engaging and growth-oriented culture aligned with company values, strengthening wellbeing, recognition and team spirit.
You oversee learning and development initiatives, building a learning culture that helps employees grow their skills and shape their career paths.
You design structured onboarding and traineeship programs that accelerate integration and set new joiners up for long-term success.
You review compensation and recognition practices to ensure fairness, transparency and a motivating reward philosophy.
You work with leadership on workforce planning, anticipating future capabilities and ensuring people are in roles where they can thrive.
You partner with the communication team to strengthen the employer brand and create an engaging, consistent candidate and employee experience from recruitment to onboarding.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a proven track record in small to medium-sized enterprise environments.
You have a conceptual but also a hands-on approach and possess a can-do attitude.
You have good communication capabilities and function as a person of trust.
Profound knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
PRACTICAL
Contract type: Freelance
Working regime: 4 to 5 days per week
