ORGANIZATION

Our client is active in the distribution sector.

YOUR ROLE

You provide payroll insights and advice, ensuring compliance with local social law and regulations.
You analyze payroll processes and outcomes, highlighting what is going well and identifying areas for improvement.
You support management and HR colleagues with ad hoc payroll-related analysis and recommendations.
You liaise with the accounting department to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
You act as a point of contact for payroll and social law questions, offering guidance and best practices rather than operational execution.

YOUR PROFILE

You have proven experience in payroll.
You possess strong knowledge in Belgian social and labor legislation.
You have an eye for detail and are well-organized.
You are fluent in Dutch and/or French.
