You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z.
You primarily focus on recruiting financial profiles.
You source candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
You follow up with candidates to ensure an excellent experience.
You conduct selection interviews to assess candidate fit.
You introduce candidates to the hiring manager and support the decision-making process.
You contribute to broader HR projects.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally within a similar industry.
You connect easily with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
You are fluent in French.
PRACTICAL
Contract type: Freelance
Work regime: 5 days per week.
Duration: 3 to 4 months, with potential for extension
Location: Zaventem, partly hybrid
