  • Manage recruitment from A to Z for technical profiles in both Dutch and French

  • Coordinate the onboarding process and ensure smooth integration of new colleagues

  • Liaise closely with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs and priorities

  • Drive HR projects with a proactive, hands-on mindset

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient HR operations

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in technical or blue-collar environments

  • Pragmatic, communicative, and adaptable to a fast-evolving company culture

  • Available at short notice and flexible to work on-site when required

  • Fluent in Dutch and French

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Work regime: Full-time

  • Location: Brussels, with the option to work from home

  • Duration: 6 months
