The following questionnaire refers to your work as an HR professional. You can answer referring to your individual experience at work, or thinking about the whole HR team’s perceptions, if you manage or coordinate several people. It can also be answered by the team together.
If you are part of several HR teams or organizations, it is important that when you fill out the questionnaire, you have one specific team or role in mind. You can refill the questionnaire for each team or role you have, but be specific every time.
When answering, think of the last 1-2 years as the period of reference. We are trying to assess the current team’s state, as it might have changed over time.
