As an HR freelancer, you give a lot of yourself. How do you make sure your energy doesn’t run out, that you can approach your role with calm and confidence while also helping others shine?
During an interactive session with Bernadette, you’ll discover how your body and mind can work together optimally. You’ll experience how your body can serve as a compass, learn to recognize its signals, and practice simple techniques you can immediately apply in your daily work as a freelancer.
Afterwards, we’ll raise a glass together and take the time to get to know the Beam community better. We’d also love to hear your ideas on how we can continue to strengthen this community.
