YOUR ROLE
You support two HR Business Partners in the daily coordination of Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development activities.
You prepare and help deliver events such as job fairs and internal trainings, handling everything from logistics to follow-up.
You create clear and attractive communication materials, both written and visual.
You liaise proactively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of all HR initiatives.
You take ownership of planning, invitations and registrations for training sessions.
You contribute to a high-quality candidate experience, especially in the context of campus and early-career recruitment.
YOUR PROFILE
You have relevant experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and/or learning support roles.
You combine a hands-on attitude with strong planning and communication skills.
You’re proactive, approachable, and bring structure to everything you do.
You have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a professional, high-quality environment.
You’re fluent in Dutch, French and English.
PRACTICAL
Contract type: Freelance
Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week (full-time preferred)
Duration: 4 months to start
Location: Brussels city centre, near Central Station
