ORGANIZATION

A well-established financial services firm.

YOUR ROLE

  • You provide clear and pragmatic HR legal advice on individual cases such as contractual changes, dismissals, and policy interpretation.

  • You play a key role in an ongoing organizational development project and support aligning internal practices and policies.

  • You prepare and coordinate social dialogue meetings, including the Works Council and Health and Safety Committee.

  • You are a trusted sparring partner within the HR team, working closely with internal colleagues and external legal experts.

  • You coach and support an internal legal advisor, helping this colleague grow and manage ongoing projects, and ensuring alignment on legal matters.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have proven experience in Belgian labor law and social relations, and feel confident navigating complex HR cases.

  • You combine strong legal knowledge with clear communication and a collaborative mindset.

  • You bring a practical and solution-focused approach to legal and HR topics.

  • You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance, approx. 6 months

  • Start date: May

  • Work regime: 5 days a week

  • Location: Brussels city centre
