YOUR ROLE
You provide clear and pragmatic HR legal advice on individual cases such as contractual changes, dismissals, and policy interpretation.
You play a key role in an ongoing organizational development project and support aligning internal practices and policies.
You prepare and coordinate social dialogue meetings, including the Works Council and Health and Safety Committee.
You are a trusted sparring partner within the HR team, working closely with internal colleagues and external legal experts.
You coach and support an internal legal advisor, helping this colleague grow and manage ongoing projects, and ensuring alignment on legal matters.
YOUR PROFILE
You have proven experience in Belgian labor law and social relations, and feel confident navigating complex HR cases.
You combine strong legal knowledge with clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
You bring a practical and solution-focused approach to legal and HR topics.
You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
PRACTICAL
Contract type: Freelance, approx. 6 months
Start date: May
Work regime: 5 days a week
Location: Brussels city centre
