ORGANISATION

An organisation active in the public sector, based in Brussels.

YOUR ROLE

As HRIS & Process Lead, you will:

  • Drive the design, optimisation, and implementation of HR processes and policies

  • Coordinate HRIS and digitalisation initiatives from need identification to rollout

  • Support a culture of continuous improvement through process modelling and KPI monitoring

  • Align internal stakeholders and external partners (IT, Transformation, Legal, vendors) on project priorities

  • Ensure high-quality HR data and reporting through clear processes and collaboration

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have proven experience in HRIS implementation, HR process optimisation, and project delivery

  • You have a strong understanding of HR domains, digital tools, and employment law

  • You have excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders

  • You are analytical, organised, and solution-oriented with a focus on user needs

  • You are comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

  • You are fluent in French.

  • Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week

  • Location: Brussels/remote
