YOUR ROLE
As HRIS & Process Lead, you will:
Drive the design, optimisation, and implementation of HR processes and policies
Coordinate HRIS and digitalisation initiatives from need identification to rollout
Support a culture of continuous improvement through process modelling and KPI monitoring
Align internal stakeholders and external partners (IT, Transformation, Legal, vendors) on project priorities
Ensure high-quality HR data and reporting through clear processes and collaboration
YOUR PROFILE
You have proven experience in HRIS implementation, HR process optimisation, and project delivery
You have a strong understanding of HR domains, digital tools, and employment law
You have excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders
You are analytical, organised, and solution-oriented with a focus on user needs
You are comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
You are fluent in French.
