YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will:
Build on a recent job classification and job weighting exercise to link functions with compensation practices
Develop salary scales and link the classification to a coherent compensation & benefits policy
Apply benchmarks and market data to design a clear salary structure, including variable pay and benefits
Summarize findings and present recommendations to the HR Director, HR team and employee representatives (incl. works council)
Collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience with job classification and compensation & benefits projects
Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable working with complex data sets
Hands-on, structured and able to translate analysis into clear recommendations
Experienced in presenting to management and employee representatives
Fluent in Dutch and French
PRACTICAL
Contract type: Freelance
Work regime: 4 to 5 days
Location: Brussels
Duration: Until end of year
