YOUR ROLE

  • You manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless process for all stakeholders.

  • You identify and engage talent through various sourcing channels, including job platforms and proactive search strategies.

  • You monitor and follow up on incoming candidate applications, ensuring timely communication and next steps.

  • You conduct interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates for both competencies and learning ability.

  • You present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and advise them throughout the selection process.

  • You act as a central point of contact, fostering close collaboration between managers, candidates, and the HR team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a solid background in talent acquisition, preferably gained in dynamic professional services environments.

  • You work with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

  • You’re a strong communicator and networker, able to engage with a wide range of profiles and build trust with both candidates and hiring managers.

  • You’re organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.

  • You’re fluent in Dutch.

PRACTICAL DETAILS

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Work regime: 3 to 3.5 days per week

  • Duration: 4 months

  • Start: Mid or end June

  • Location: Antwerp, with remote options
