YOUR ROLE
- You manage recruitment assignments for tech profiles, from the intake with the hiring manager to offer negotiations.
- You translate hiring needs into clear job descriptions, candidate profiles and recruitment approaches.
- You actively source candidates and use different channels to build a relevant candidate pipeline.
- You conduct selection interviews and advise hiring managers on candidates.
- You keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process and ensure timely follow-up.
- You monitor recruitment progress, report on results and recommend improvements.
- You contribute to projects that strengthen recruitment practices and the candidate experience.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a solid track record in recruiting tech professionals within a corporate environment.
- You combine hands-on sourcing skills with a good knowledge of selection methods and recruitment tools.
- You build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide clear, practical advice.
- You work independently, take initiative and keep your recruitment assignments well organised.
- You communicate openly and diplomatically and adapt easily to changing priorities.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French is an asset.

- Location: Brussels region
- Schedule: 4 or 5 days a week
