Good work gives energy, direction and a sense of contribution.
Yet today, many organisations and employees are running into limits. Work pressure increases. Roles become overloaded. Mental strain accumulates.
Work design offers a way to rethink work itself. Not through quick fixes or additional control, but by deliberately shaping how work is organised and experienced in daily practice. By redesigning responsibilities, roles and collaboration, work can better support people and lasting performance.
While organisation design addresses structural causes, work design focuses on how work is shaped and adjusted within that context. Often through small, thoughtful interventions, work can become more effective, meaningful and workable.
