Masterclass Evidence-Based HR

On International HR Day, HRPro organises a masterclass on Evidence-Based HR, in collaboration with KU Leuven, Vlerick Business School, CEBMa, Beam, Otolith, and #ZigZagHR.

In a world of strong opinions, noise, and rapidly shifting HR trends, making well-informed HR decisions is a challenge. Especially when multiple, often diverging perspectives need to be considered.

This masterclass explores how to make better HR decisions by adopting a more evidence-based approach, with a clear focus on practical application and collaboration.
