YOUR ROLE
As the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will:
Develop and implement a compliant, sustainable, and tax-efficient reward strategy.
Define and update compensation frameworks and internal reward guidelines.
Align performance management with remuneration through merit-based and variable pay systems.
Collaborate with HR leads across multiple departments and social dialogue contexts.
Ensure compliance with Belgian and European labour regulations, including pay transparency.
Optimise payroll-related processes and support integration efforts during growth or acquisitions.
YOUR PROFILE
You have relevant experience in reward management.
You have a solid understanding of Belgian labour law and familiarity with EU legislation.
You possess strong analytical and strategic skills to translate data into actionable policies.
You have leadership experience and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good working knowledge of French.
