Freelance HRIS Project Lead (ref: 25031)

An organisation with multiple operational units in Belgium.

YOUR ROLE

As a freelance Project Lead, you will:

Analyse current workforce planning methods used across departments
Identify and document requirements for a future workforce planning solution, in close collaboration with key stakeholders
Conduct a thorough market review of available tools and evaluate them against organisational needs
Lead the alignment with stakeholders on the selection of the most suitable tool, following internal decision-making processes
Support the functional implementation of the chosen workforce planning tool, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes
Coordinate testing and validation with relevant stakeholders to ensure the tool meets operational and HR needs
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to prepare users for the new tool and its processes
Oversee the full roll-out of the solution, including user adoption and post-implementation support

YOUR PROFILE

You have proven experience with workforce planning tools or similar systems
You understand software integrations in operational and HR environments
You have experience conducting market studies and evaluating vendors
You are skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
You have strong project management skills and can guide complex implementations
