ORGANISATION

Our client is an international organisation based in Brussels.
 

YOUR ROLE

As HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic and operational partner to the local management team, ensuring alignment between local HR priorities and group policies.

You are responsible for:

  • Contributing to and implementing the local HR strategy in line with group objectives, acting as the key link with central HR

  • Overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration of new employees

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring correct application of HR policies and procedures

  • Managing performance review cycles and supporting employee development and training initiatives

  • Participating in social relations and discussions with employee representatives

  • Supporting organisational change initiatives and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and systems

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within an international or matrix environment

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
     

PRACTICAL

  • Contract: Freelance

  • Workload: 5 days per week

  • Location: Brussels
