Our client is an international organisation based in Brussels.
YOUR ROLE
As HR Business Partner, you act as a strategic and operational partner to the local management team, ensuring alignment between local HR priorities and group policies.
You are responsible for:

Contributing to and implementing the local HR strategy in line with group objectives, acting as the key link with central HR

Overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth onboarding and integration of new employees

Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring correct application of HR policies and procedures

Managing performance review cycles and supporting employee development and training initiatives

Participating in social relations and discussions with employee representatives

Supporting organisational change initiatives and driving continuous improvement in HR processes and systems
YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally within an international or matrix environment
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
-
Strong stakeholder management skills
-
Fluent in Dutch and English
