YOUR ROLE

You manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across Europe, ranging from technical to corporate positions.
You collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
You leverage multiple sourcing channels to attract top talent.
You oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and deliver insights through detailed reporting and metrics.
You continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and drive strong hiring outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE

You have proven experience in an in-house recruitment role.
You are highly organized and capable of working independently.
You are committed to providing a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
You are fluent in English and proficient in either Dutch or French.

Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week
Location: North of Brussels
Remote and in the office
