ORGANISATION

Our client is a large international engineering and professional-services organisation operating in a complex, global environment. 

YOUR ROLE

As Global Head of Compensation & Benefits, you define and lead the global reward and HR systems agenda. You act as a strategic partner to senior leadership while ensuring strong governance, compliance and data-driven insights.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and governing the global compensation and benefits framework

  • Leading global reward processes (grading, benchmarking, salary and bonus reviews, variable pay)

  • Defining and driving the HRIS strategy and ensuring data quality, adoption and alignment

  • Developing global HR reporting, dashboards and analytics

  • Ensuring compliance, governance and audit readiness for reward and HR data

  • Managing the global C&B budget

  • Leading and developing a global network of C&B, HRIS and reporting experts

  • Representing the organisation in group-level HR forums

YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics or a related field

  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including senior leadership roles in C&B and/or HRIS

  • Strong experience with global reward strategy, governance and people data

  • Proven track record in HR technology and analytics

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Experience in engineering, energy or professional services is an asset
