ORGANISATION

For a growing organisation in the professional services sector, we are looking for a Freelance HR Consultant to temporarily support the HR team.

YOUR ROLE

You support the organisation across a range of HR topics and initiatives and act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing recruitment and selection processes for a variety of roles.
  • Partnering with hiring managers on recruitment needs and talent matters.
  • Supporting the organisation on various HR priorities and initiatives.
  • Contributing to the further development of HR practices and frameworks.
  • Participating in HR projects aimed at strengthening people processes.
  • Providing pragmatic HR advice and helping ensure progress across HR activities.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience in talent acquisition and broader HR topics, ideally in a generalist or consulting role.
  • You are comfortable combining recruitment activities with contributions to HR projects and initiatives.
  • You easily connect with stakeholders and act as a trusted HR partner.
  • You work autonomously and take ownership.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and/or English.

  • Location: Brussels
