A franchise operating multiple stores, with a strong focus on operational excellence and people management.
YOUR ROLE
-
You are responsible for the end-to-end payroll administration for blue- and white-collar employees, in collaboration with the social secretariat.

You ensure correct processing of wages, contracts, Dimona declarations and time registration.

You manage absences and sickness files, and follow up on related salary administration and policy application.

You act as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, social legislation and general HR-related questions.

You support and help implement HR initiatives and internal policies (e.g. sickness policy, salary policy, HR processes).

You contribute to improving HR processes and ensuring smooth HR operations across the different store locations.
YOUR PROFILE

You have experience in payroll administration, ideally within retail or a multi-site environment.

You are familiar with Belgian social legislation.

You work accurately and discreetly with confidential information.

You are hands-on, approachable and solution-oriented.
-
You are fluent in both Dutch and French.
