Freelance HR Leadership Consultant (ref: 26027)

ORGANISATION

Our client builds and manages the public utility networks in Belgium.

YOUR ROLE

As a freelance HR Leadership Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the organisation’s leadership and cultural transformation journey. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help strengthen the desired culture, develop a shared leadership vision, enhance communication practices and ensure the transformation delivers sustainable impact.
In this role, you act as a catalyst for leadership and cultural transformation across the organisation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving initiatives that strengthen the desired organisational culture and leadership behaviours
• Coaching and supporting leaders and teams in people management, shared leadership and a culture of trust and ownership
• Expanding and activating the internal ambassador network to support and sustain this transformation journey
• Designing and navigating change and communication approaches across different organisational levels
• Designing and facilitating leadership and culture workshops and inspiration sessions
• Defining and implementing measurement approaches to monitor progress of the cultural transformation, including safety culture initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• You bring at least 5 years of experience as an HR coach or HR consultant in organisational transformation or change environments
• You have a solid background across different HR domains with a strong generalist perspective
• You have proven experience in coaching senior leaders and management teams
• You have experience in designing and implementing change roadmaps and monitoring transformation impact
• You are experienced in leadership development, talent methodologies and team coaching
• You have experience supporting organisations in creating both physical and psychological safety cultures
• You hold a recognised certification as an Organisational Coach (an external organisation coach certification is required)
• Experience with Sociocracy 3.0 is considered a strong asset
• You are fluent in Dutch (CEFR level C2)

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: Freelance
• Workload: 3 days per week - 12 months
