ORGANIZATION

Our client is active in the premium hotel sector and is experiencing rapid growth. They are a smaller, dynamic organization with a close-knit team and an entrepreneurial culture. The company is scaling up its activities and wants to strengthen its HR foundations to support this growth in a sustainable way.

YOUR ROLE

• You are the go-to person for all HR topics.

• You manage and execute daily HR operations with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.

• You provide guidance on payroll and labor law questions, without handling the operational payroll yourself.

• You lead the full recruitment process for a variety of roles. Recruitment will be a key part of your mission.

• You support initiatives that strengthen talent development, retention, and engagement.

• You work closely with management to align HR actions with the organization’s growth priorities.

   

YOUR PROFILE

• You have solid experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager within a five-star hotel environment.

• You are strong in recruitment and comfortable managing the process independently.

• You have a good knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR compliance.

• You are pragmatic, autonomous and structured.

• You communicate clearly and build trust easily.

• You are fluent in French and English.

   

PRACTICAL

• Contract type: Freelance

• Work regime: 3 to 5 days per week

• Location: Liège region
