YOUR ROLE
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you play a key role in supporting the organisation’s growth by attracting and selecting the right talent.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of profiles.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs.
- Actively sourcing candidates through different channels.
- Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the selection process.
- Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in Talent Acquisition.
- You are comfortable recruiting across different levels and functions.
- You work proactively, autonomously and hands-on.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in Dutch.
PRACTICAL
- Contract: Freelance
- Workload: 4–5 days/week
