Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist (ref: 25053)

ORGANIZATION

Our client is an established and forward-looking player within the construction and engineering sector.

YOUR ROLE

As Talent Acquisition Partner, you take an operational role within the Talent Acquisition team. You act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and play a key part in shaping and executing the recruitment strategy across the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of profiles, blue and white collars.

• Advising hiring managers throughout the selection and decision-making process.

• Taking ownership of key projects such as campus recruitment, student programs, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

• Translating recruitment trends and data insights into actionable improvements.

   

YOUR PROFILE

• You have relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, and preferably in the construction sector.

• You have strong sourcing and selection expertise across various levels and functions.

• You work autonomously, proactively, and in a solution-oriented manner.

• You are hands-on, with excellent communication and advisory skills.

• You are fluent in Dutch and can conduct interviews in French.
