Our client is an international organization with operations across multiple European countries and beyond.
YOUR ROLE
As Freelance HRIS Manager, you take the lead in the final phase of the HRIS implementation and the day-to-day ownership of the system.
You are responsible for:
- Acting as HRIS lead and system owner during and after go-live
- Supporting and coordinating the final testing phase, user stories and system adjustments
- Managing and resolving HRIS-related issues and questions from the business
- Developing and delivering trainings, documentation and communication for end users
- Supporting HR and business stakeholders during the go-live and hypercare phase
- Setting up and structuring the AMS model
- Working closely with HR, IT and external vendors to ensure stability and adoption of the system
- Preparing and giving presentations to senior management
- Driving continuous improvements and ensuring the system supports global HR processes effectively
YOUR PROFILE
- You have strong experience as an HRIS Manager or HRIS Consultant, preferably in international or complex environments
- You have proven experience with HRIS implementations and go-live phases
- You have hands-on knowledge of Workday
- You are comfortable working closely with HR, IT and senior stakeholders
- You are structured, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving context
- You are communicative and confident in presenting to senior management
- You are fluent in English and Dutch
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Start: As soon as possible
- Work regime: Full-time preferred (part-time not feasible due to workload)
- Duration: Minimum 3 months, with strong likelihood of extension
- Locations: Belgium & Netherlands primarily, with occasional travel
