Freelance Senior HR Services Consultant (ref: 26003)

ORGANISATION

YOUR ROLE 

As a skilled Senior Freelance HR Professional, you contribute with a dual focus: operational HR-support and autonomous HR-project management.

You are responsible for:

• Providing support to the payroll team in collaboration with the external payroll provider
• Supporting time registration processes
• Managing and coordinating international payroll for smaller entities
• Delivering accurate and timely HR reporting to support decision-making
• Leading and delivering independently HR projects planned for 2026:
  • Implementation and optimization of a new HR reporting tool  
  • Automation of onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Pay transparency

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a proven experience in HR Services and HR Projects, at a medior or senior level.
• You have a strong hands-on experience with payroll processes, ideally in collaboration with a social secretariat.
• You have experience with time registration systems  
• You have a solid understanding of HR reporting, data accuracy and HR systems.
• You are able to work autonomously and take full ownership of projects from analysis to delivery.
• You feel comfortable combining operational execution with project-based work.
• You have strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• You are a clear communicator, able to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
• You have experience in an international or multi-country HR environment  
• You are fluent in English and Dutch (native) 

PRACTICAL

• Contract: Freelance
• Start date: As soon as possible 
• Work regime: 4/5 (3 days onsite and 1 day remote)
• Duration: At least until end of June 2026, with possibility of extension.
• Location: Limburg
