Our client is a mid-sized, growing organisation active in the financial sector.
Headquartered in Brussels, the company operates internationally.
YOUR ROLE
As a freelance HRIS Project Consultant, you lead the digitalisation of HR processes, with a specific focus on talent management and HR data.
You take ownership of the project: from analysing the current situation to selecting, implementing and rolling out a suitable HR tool.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analysing the current HR setup and aligning with key stakeholders on needs and priorities
- Translating HR data needs (including reporting and KPIs) and talent management needs (including performance management, talent reviews and development) into clear functional requirements for an HR tool
- Assessing potential extensions towards compensation-related insights, depending on the outcomes of the initial analysis
- Conducting a targeted market scan of suitable, right-sized HRIS solutions
- Formulating concrete tool recommendations and guiding the decision-making process
- Coordinating the implementation of the chosen tool in collaboration with the tool provider
- Ensuring a smooth rollout, including stakeholder alignment and clear internal communication
- Supporting adoption and ensuring the tool is effectively used in practice
YOUR PROFILE
- Expertise in HRIS projects and HR digitalisation
- Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management and data structure
- Experience in tool analysis, selection, and implementation
- Strong analytical mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
- Able to manage projects autonomously from A to Z
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
