Our client is a Brussels-based organisation active in the field of HR Services.
YOUR ROLE
As a Reward and HR Legal Expert, you ensure that compensation & benefits solutions offered to clients are compliant with Belgian social law and tax regulations.
You act as a bridge between legal, product and commercial teams, helping them make correct and pragmatic decisions.
During this assignment, you will:
- Advise on how compensation & benefits solutions can be structured in line with Belgian legislation
- Support product and sales teams in understanding legal constraints and opportunities
- Assess new initiatives or changes from a legal and tax perspective
- Provide clear guidance in complex or ambiguous cases
- Act as a key point of contact for HR & legal questions related to compensation & benefits
- Help structure internal guidelines, templates and standard approaches
- Ensure alignment between legal requirements and day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with external experts when needed
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong expertise in compensation & benefits and social law.
- Solid knowledge of Belgian social law and tax rules related to compensation
- Able to translate complex regulation into clear and pragmatic guidance
- Analytical, structured and hands-on
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment (HR, legal, product, sales)
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with good professional English
PRACTICAL
- Contract: Freelance
- Expected commitment: 3 to 4 days per week
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Brussels (hybrid)
- Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
