YOUR ROLE

Support the Learning & Development team in implementing a new LMS, from requirements definition to system integration.

Analyse existing learning processes, collaborate with specialist departments, and define system requirements.

Lead and support project implementation, ensuring alignment with IT and HR workflows.
-
Design and optimise learning processes to maximise adoption and effectiveness.

Organise and deliver training sessions for administrators and end-users, providing guidance on technical and organisational aspects.

Monitor system performance, evaluate results, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
YOUR PROFILE

Degree in social sciences, HR, or a related field.

Proven experience implementing LMS and/or HR software solutions, ideally in e-learning or HR contexts.

Strong project management skills in planning, implementing, and controlling IT projects.

Expert in designing learning workflows, LMS implementation, training delivery, e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, LTI), and reporting.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders and lead project teams.

Languages: Full professional proficiency in Dutch or French and English; German is a plus.
