ORGANIZATION

An international organization active in the distribution sector.

YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible for the end-to-end payroll administration for employees in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • You ensure accurate payroll processing and act as the main point of contact for payroll-related matters.
  • You work with eBlox and Protime to manage payroll, time registration and employee administration.
  • You provide administrative support regarding compensation & benefits and ensure correct follow-up of employee files.
  • You advise and support the business on Belgian and Luxembourg social legislation.
  • You collaborate closely with the HR team to guarantee smooth HR operations and continuity during a transition period.
  • You contribute to HR administration and support employees and managers with payroll and HR-related questions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
  • You have solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation; knowledge of Luxembourg payroll and legislation is a strong asset.
  • You have hands-on experience with eBlox and Protime.
  • You are accurate, autonomous and able to quickly integrate into an existing team.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a good professional knowledge of French.

  • Duration: Minimum 3 months, with possible extension
  • Workload: 4-5 days per week
