Freelance People Strategy Consultant (ref: 25032)

ORGANISATION

An international company aligning its long-term business strategy with a renewed people strategy.

YOUR ROLE

You help translate the business strategy into a clear and actionable people strategy.
You focus on three key areas: Structure & organisation, Talent development & culture, Staff & skills
You review organisational design and role structures, contribute to leadership and culture initiatives, and support workforce planning efforts.
You draft job descriptions, prepare and facilitate workshops, and coordinate the roll-out of key initiatives.
You work closely with stakeholders across HR and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a relevant track record in strategic consulting, project management, and implementation.
You bring expertise in organisational design, talent development, job design, and workforce planning.
You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
You are comfortable working with a range of stakeholders across different functions.

Location: Flexible within Flanders, with occasional travel to the Netherlands
