You manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake meetings to contract discussions.
You focus mainly on experienced profiles and fill your own pipeline with candidates.
You introduce candidates to hiring managers.
You maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
YOUR PROFILE
You have experience in recruitment.
You are comfortable managing the full recruitment process independently.
You connect easily with candidates, the business and other stakeholders.
You are fluent in English, with preferably a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
PRACTICAL
Contract type: Freelance
Work regime: 4 to 5 days per week
Location: North of Brussels / partly remote
