ORGANIZATION

Our client is a global player active in the industrial sector, with operations based in Leuven.

YOUR ROLE

In this interim role, you will play a pivotal part in managing operational HR responsibilities while aligning with the broader HR strategy, with a primary focus on people-related matters:

  • Act as the key HR contact for works council and other social dialogue topics.

  • Support and advise on internal conflicts, promotion processes, and policy development.

  • Oversee and guide recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and alignment with hiring needs.

  • Provide hands-on support to line managers and employees across various HR domains.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and tools.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure HR practices align with strategic objectives and organizational culture.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a relevant track record as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.

  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation.

  • You are experienced in social relations, have a correct dose of assertiveness, and work proactively and efficiently.

  • You are a collaborative leader who knows how to motivate and engage people.

  • You speak Dutch and English.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance

  • Work regime: 2 to 3 days per week

  • Duration: 6 months with probable extension

  • Location: Leuven and remote
