ORGANISATION

Our client is a global industrial organisation, with multiple sites in Belgium.

YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring managers in attracting the right talent across departments.

During this assignment, you will: 

  • Manage open vacancies

  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy

  • Create and align job postings

  • Conduct screenings and interviews

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline

  • Track and report recruitment metrics

YOUR PROFILE

  • 7+ years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in an industrial environment

  • Experience with blue collars and white collars

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment

  • Strong knowledge of labor law

  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)

  • Knowledge of SHL assessments is a plus

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Hands-on, structured, and able to work independently

  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French and/or German is a plus

PRACTICAL

  • Contract: Freelance

  • Start: ASAP

  • Workload: Fulltime (3 days on site)

  • Location: Antwerp
