Our client is a fast-growing start-up, based in Brussels.
YOUR ROLE
As an HR Business Partner, you are a key player in developing HR policies. You translate strategy into concrete actions and support the HR team on both strategic and operational levels.
During the course of this assignment, you will:

Implement HR initiatives and processes across domains (Talent Management, Comp & Ben, HR Digitalization, payroll, …)

Professionalize HR structures and ways of working

Connect HR projects to ensure consistent people processes
-
Contribute to the development of HR frameworks and ways of working
-
Provide practical HR advice and support execution of priorities
-
Support internal communication and foster a professional, collaborative culture
YOUR PROFILE
-
Min. 5 years’ experience in generalist HR roles
-
Experience with SD Worx, Talent Development, and HR projects
-
Knowledge of labor law and social legislation
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, …)
-
Familiar with Confluence (Atlassian)
-
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences / HRM
-
Proactive, hands-on, reliable, and strong in stakeholder management
-
Enjoys structuring, improving processes, and getting things done
-
Experience with “Great Place to Work” is a plus

Fluent in Durtch
