YOUR ROLE
As a trusted HR Business Partner, you play a key role in supporting the Antwerp and Limburg offices. You combine strong HR expertise with hands-on support for local directors and employees. Your responsiblities include:
- Coordinating and overseeing all general HR activities across multiple offices.
- Acting as the primary HR point of contact for employees and directors within the regional offices
- Coaching directors in their leadership skills and supporting them in day-to-day people-related challenges.
- Advising on a broad range HR topics to build buy-in and credibility with stakeholders.
- Managing and aligning multiple stakeholders in a complex and matrix-driven environment.
- Ensuring strong collaboration with HQ and the wider HR organization
YOUR PROFILE
- Solid experience across the full HR lifecycle, including Compensation & Benefits.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity in complex environments, comfortable working within a matrix organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust quickly through expertise and professionalism.
- Flexible, hands-on and willing to travel frequently between different office locations.
- People-centred mindset combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Preferably bilingual (Dutch/French), though not a must. Fluency is Dutch is required.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Workload: Full-time (5 days per week)
- Duration: Minimum 3 months, with possible extension
- Start: End of February
- Location: Antwerp, Limburg and Ghent
