Our client is an international, fast-growing organisation with operations across multiple sites in Belgium, Europe and the US.
YOUR ROLE
As Global Total Reward Manager, you play a key role in shaping and strengthening the global reward framework during a period of growth and system transformation.
You are responsible for:

Owning and developing global reward policies and practices across multiple countries

Supporting the implementation of Workday from a reward perspective, including performance management, compensation and reward processes

Translating performance management outcomes into reward and compensation frameworks

Further developing job evaluation and grading methodologies and ensuring consistency over time

Driving benchmarking, grading communication and pay transparency initiatives
-
Managing and coordinating annual salary review cycles and bonus calculations
-
Supporting occasional salary package design and ad-hoc reward-related topics

Contributing to the development and update of reward-related policies (e.g. company car, travel, mobility)

Supporting emerging global mobility needs, including international assignments and visa-related topics

Collaborating closely with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to support business growth
YOUR PROFILE

You have solid experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward, preferably in an international environment

You preferably have experience in HRIS implementations, ideally Workday
-
You are comfortable operating in a growing, evolving organisation with room for improvement
-
You have a structured, pragmatic and hands-on mindset
-
You are able to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders
-
You are fluent in English (knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset)
