Our client is a Brussels-based, mission-driven European organisation operating in a highly specialised policy and regulation environment.
YOUR ROLE
As an HR Consultant, you play a key role in professionalising and structuring the HR function. Acting both as a strategic advisor and a hands-on expert, you establish a professional, coherent, and legally secure HR function with a strong focus on capacity-building within the organisation.
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing HR policies, processes, and tools in different HR domains adapted to the organisation’s size, mission and governance
- Advising senior management on HR-related topics and acting as their strategic sparring partner
- Structuring performance management frameworks and supporting people leaders in their application
- Identifying learning and development needs, structuring a training policy and ensuring knowledge transfer
- Supporting internal communication and strengthening a professional, collaborative and mission-driven culture
- Allocating HR responsibilities to the staf and/or to a dedicated HR specialist at the end of this mission.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have solid experience as a senior HR professional
- You have a strong ability to bring structure and clarity in growing or evolving organisations
- You are comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills and advisory mindset
- You are a strategic thinker with a pragmatic, hands-on and autonomous working style
- You have experience in mission-driven, academic or policy-oriented environments is an asset
- You speak fluently English
