Our client is a Brussels based growing organisation in the professional services sector.
YOUR ROLE
As a freelance HR Partner, you will work closely with the Head of HR and play a key role in further building and structuring the HR foundation. You help translate HR strategy into practical structures, processes and priorities and ensure progress across key HR initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes, including intake meetings, drafting job descriptions, coordinating sourcing activities, and managing candidate communication to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring experience
- Implementing HR initiatives and processes in different HR domains (Talent Management, Comp & Ben, HR Digitalisation, etc)
- Helping to build and professionalise HR structures and practices within the organisation
- Connecting the dots between HR projects to strengthen people processes and create consistency
- Contributing to the further development of HR frameworks and ways of working
- Providing pragmatic HR advice and supporting the execution of HR priorities
- Supporting internal communication and fostering a professional, collaborative and mission-driven culture
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a solid experience in recruitment and a broad HR role (HR generalist or HR project environment)
- You enjoy building structure, bringing clarity and making things happen
- You are proactive, hands-on and take ownership
- You possess strong stakeholder management skills
- You speak fluent English (working language), Dutch and French
PRACTICAL
