YOUR ROLE
As Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, you take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple European countries.
You are responsible for:
- Managing recruitment and selection processes from A to Z
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels
- Recruiting a diverse range of profiles across different markets
- Conducting interviews and guiding candidates throughout the process
- Acting as a trusted partner for hiring managers
- Ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a solid track record in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the pharma or life sciences sector
- You build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- You are proactive, hands-on and well-organised
- You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Work regime: 4–5 days per week
- Location: East Flanders/remote
