Our client is a large Belgian academic institution.
YOUR ROLE
As HR Consultant, you will lead the pre-analysis phase for the future HRIS landscape. You act as an independent advisor, bridging HR and IT while ensuring stakeholder alignment and structured decision-making.
Your responsibilities include:

Mapping and analysing current HR processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement areas

Defining the scope, priorities and functional requirements for a future-proof HRIS

Guiding the end-to-end HR software selection process
-
Facilitating workshops with HR, IT and key stakeholders
-
Translating business needs into clear technical requirements
-
Bringing objective expertise based on benchmarks and comparable transformation projects
-
Supporting change communication and organisational alignment throughout the project
YOUR PROFILE

Minimum 10 years of broad HR experience, with a strong generalist foundation and exposure to multiple HR domains
-
At least 3 years of experience in a people management role, with proven leadership maturity
-
Demonstrated expertise in organisational change and transformation within complex environments

Strong track record in leading or supporting HRIS selection or implementation projects

Experienced in facilitating strategic design workshops and aligning diverse stakeholder groups
-
Solid knowledge of Belgian social and labour legislation
-
Strong analytical capabilities combined with a structured and pragmatic mindset
-
Ability to operate independently, challenge constructively and bring objective expertise

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Sciences or related field

Fluency in Dutch
