YOUR ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you work closely with the HR and recruitment team and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment of key HQ positions, with a focus on professionals, experts and senior experts. You act as a trusted and strategic partner for hiring managers in a complex environment, playing a key role in co-creating and executing the recruitment strategy across the organisation.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading the full recruitment process for IT, Engineering and Product Development roles, with the flexibility to support other white-collar HQ profiles when required
  • Advising and co-creating with hiring managers on profiles, sourcing strategies and market insights, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making
  • Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from intake to onboarding
  • Driving end-to-end talent attraction by creating compelling opportunities, proactively connecting with high-quality talent, building sustainable talent pools and strengthening our client's employer brand in close collaboration with HR and Marketing.
  • Maintaining a clear overview of inflow, outflow and continuity, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks or challenges
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with all stakeholders, building strong partnerships and managing expectations across different levels of the organisation

YOUR PROFILE

  • You bring solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an industrial, technical or international environment
  • You have strong sourcing and selection expertise 
  • You combine excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities, enabling you to navigate complexity with confidence
  • You bring structure, clarity and a sense of calm when needed
  • You work autonomously, pragmatically and results-driven, even in a fast-paced settings
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English
