YOUR ROLE
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you take a strategic and operational role within the Talent Acquisition team. You act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and play a key part in shaping and executing the recruitment strategy across the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of profiles, from junior to C-level.
Advising hiring managers throughout the selection and decision-making process.
Ensuring compliance with social legislation and supporting the team with complex contract-related matters.
Coaching and supporting Talent Acquisition colleagues in their daily activities.
Taking ownership of key projects such as campus recruitment, student programs, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Translating recruitment trends and data insights into actionable improvements.
Acting as strategic sparring partner and supporting the further professionalization of the Talent Acquisition function.
YOUR PROFILE
You have relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a complex or multi-entity organization.
You have strong sourcing and selection expertise across various levels and functions.
You possess solid knowledge of social legislation.
You work autonomously, proactively, and in a solution-oriented manner.
You are both strategic and hands-on, with excellent communication and advisory skills.
You are fluent in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is an asset.
