An international company active in complex engineering, infrastructure and industrial projects.

YOUR ROLE

  • You are responsible for managing recruitment processes from A to Z for senior and highly specialized profiles.
  • You focus on attracting experienced technical talent and building strong candidate pipelines for challenging vacancies.
  • You proactively identify and approach potential candidates through sourcing, networking and market research.
  • You perform market mapping by identifying relevant companies, teams and potential candidates within targeted domains.
  • You support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility among technical professionals.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have solid experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
  • You have experience recruiting within engineering, construction, industrial or project-driven environments.
  • You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are structured, proactive and able to work independently.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are an asset.

PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Location: Antwerp
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Duration: Initial 4 months, with possibility of extension
  • Workload: 3 to 5 days per week
