YOUR ROLE
- You are responsible for managing recruitment processes from A to Z for senior and highly specialized profiles.
- You focus on attracting experienced technical talent and building strong candidate pipelines for challenging vacancies.
- You proactively identify and approach potential candidates through sourcing, networking and market research.
- You perform market mapping by identifying relevant companies, teams and potential candidates within targeted domains.
- You support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility among technical professionals.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have solid experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
- You have experience recruiting within engineering, construction, industrial or project-driven environments.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are structured, proactive and able to work independently.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are an asset.
PRACTICAL
- Contract type: Freelance
- Location: Antwerp
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Initial 4 months, with possibility of extension
- Workload: 3 to 5 days per week
